Role Overview
The Relationship Manager is a high-impact, client-facing banking role that blends trust, strategy, and financial advisory expertise. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of premium and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients — engaging with them in the field, at branches, or at their premises — while identifying cross-sell opportunities across a wide range of banking products. This role demands confidence, credibility, and a strong drive to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of premium and HNI banking clients
- Conduct field visits and meetings for new client acquisition
- Deepen existing client relationships through branch and on-site meetings
- Represent the bank with professionalism at all client touchpoints
Sales & Business Development
- Cross-sell banking products including investments, insurance, loans, credit cards, and Fixed Deposits (FDs)
- Conduct financial needs assessments and offer tailored solutions to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets consistently
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and digital banking platforms
- Ensure full regulatory and compliance standards are met at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery

Eligibility Criteria
