- Recruiters: May only use the Site to seek legitimate candidates for real, active job openings.
- Prohibited Actions: You agree not to scrape site data, post fraudulent job listings, upload malicious code, or spam users.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All layout design, logos, and software code on the Site belong to www.jobopenning.in. Users retain ownership of their individual resumes and job postings, but grant us a license to display them on the platform.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee:
- That job seekers will find employment.
- That recruiters will find successful candidates.
- The accuracy or validity of job postings or user resumes.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any employment disputes, financial losses, or fraudulent interactions happening between job seekers and recruiters outside our platform.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, post scams, or engage in abusive behavior, without prior notice.
