We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and high-performing Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The primary focus of this role is to aggressively drive New Client Acquisition (HNI & Retail) and ensure robust Revenue Generation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the Dealing and Sales teams to achieve cross-selling targets, maximize brokerage income, and deliver exceptional market-driven services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Drive Acquisition: Strategize and execute plans to acquire new Retail and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients for Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Currency trading.
- Market Penetration: Identify new market segments and avenues for business growth within the region.
- Network Building: Leverage personal network, references, and local marketing activities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
2. Revenue Generation & Team Management
- Maximize Brokerage: Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets through active trading clients and value-added services.
- Activate Dormant Clients: Work closely with the dealing team to re-engage and reactivate inactive trading accounts.
- Dealer Supervision: Monitor and guide the Dealing Team to ensure flawless trade execution, proactively share market insights, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Cross-Selling: Drive the sales of third-party financial products (IPOs, Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance) through the team to maximize the branch’s wallet share.
3. Branch Operations & Compliance
- Daily Monitoring: Oversee daily branch risk management (RMS), trade tracking, and margin requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, Exchange (NSE/BSE), and internal corporate compliance guidelines.
- Client Retention: Resolve high-level client grievances swiftly to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in Finance or Marketing is preferred).
- Certifications: Must hold valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certifications.
- Experience: 5 to 8+ years of experience in the Equity Broking/Wealth Management industry, with at least 2–3 years in a team-handling or branch-heading capacity.

- Number of new active trading accounts opened per month.
- Total revenue generated (Brokerage + Margin Trade Funding + Third-Party Products).
- Percentage of active trading clients within the branch portfolio.
- Successful compliance and zero regulatory/RMS defaults at the branch level.
Salary : Up to 20 LPA + Bonus
