Relationship Manager- Bank Channel

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing & deepening relationships from existing customer base of Assigned Bank Branches. And will be responsible for selling Equity based investment products to this set of customer base. They will be Responsible for servicing and generating references from the partner bank Channel customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Acquisition of New customers and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Advisory Services: Offer expert guidance on market trends, investment strategies, and financial products to help clients make informed decisions.


Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy in trading and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing timely updates on market changes and account status.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse client portfolios, recommending adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.


Market Research: Stay informed about market developments, economic indicators, and investment opportunities, sharing insights with clients regularly.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services to enhance client portfolios.


Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (trading, compliance, research) to ensure a cohesive client experience and effective execution of trades.
Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (NISM) is a plus.


Experience: 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client advisory roles within the financial services or stock broking industry.
Skills: Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client engagement.
Proficient in CRM software and trading platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Attributes: Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.

Salary : up to Up to 6 LPA +Performance based Incentive
