Role Objective
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Cochin ,Trivandrum, Thiruvalla office. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail and HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients, driving revenue through equity trading, and cross-selling a range of financial products like Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients (Demat & Trading accounts) through networking, leads, and referrals.
- Portfolio Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and active trading.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly brokerage targets by advising clients on market trends and facilitating trades in Equity, F&O, and Commodities.
- Financial Advisory: Provide data-driven investment advice and regular portfolio reviews based on the client’s risk appetite.
- Cross-Selling: Drive the sale of third-party products including Mutual Funds, Life & General Insurance, and Corporate FDs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with live market movements, research reports, and SEBI regulations to provide proactive updates to clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a front-end sales or relationship management role within a Stock Broking company.
- Age: Must be below 40 years of age.
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA Finance or Marketing is a plus).
- NISM Certification: Valid NISM Series V certification is mandatory (or must be obtained within 30 days of joining).
- Skills: * Deep understanding of Stock Market operations and trading platforms.
- Strong communication and “client-first” negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in local market knowledge (Noida/NCR region).
