Job Overview

Are you a proactive sales professional who enjoys being in the field? We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive our project pipeline. In this role, you will be the “eyes and ears” of the company—identifying new construction projects, gathering critical site data, and supporting the sales cycle through consistent field engagement and CRM management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Site Scouting: Actively scan assigned territories to identify new residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Site Data Collection: Visit construction sites to gather project details, identify key stakeholders (builders, architects, or contractors), and assess requirements for aluminum doors and windows.
  • CRM Management: Diligently update the CRM with site information, contact details, and follow-up status.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily field reports to the Sales Manager regarding site visits and market intelligence.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a professional image to represent the brand during initial site interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Field Sales (experience in building materials, hardware, or construction is a plus).
  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
  • Travel: High willingness to travel (70–90 km daily) for field visits.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and comfort using mobile CRM apps.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a presentable personality.
