We are looking for dynamic, growth-oriented individuals to join our Private Client Group (PCG) team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will lead the acquisition and strategic growth of high-value clients (HNIs & UHNIs). You will drive substantial revenue through an advisory-led sales approach, offering a comprehensive suite of financial products while maintaining the highest standards of compliance discipline.
## Key Responsibilities
- HNI/UHNI Acquisition: Prospect, onboard, and build a high-quality book of HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Equity Margin Focus: Actively focus on the acquisition of premium client accounts with substantial equity margin.
- Portfolio Management & Growth: Manage existing client portfolios effectively, driving Asset Under Management (AUM) growth through personalized and suitable investment solutions.
- Diversified Product Advisory: Cross-sell a sophisticated range of PCG products, including Equity Advisory, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Insurance, and Fixed Income/Bonds.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients by conducting regular portfolio reviews and providing timely market updates.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure absolute adherence to all regulatory guidelines, risk management policies, and internal governance frameworks.
## What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven track record in PCG Sales, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
- Track Record: A demonstrable history of successful client acquisition, relationship retention, and substantial AUM growth.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indian financial markets and sophisticated wealth products (Equity, PMS, AIF, Structured Products).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with an innate ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals.
