About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented finance professionals to join our Private Client Group (PCG) division as an Advisor. In this role, you will manage, nurture, and grow relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients. You will serve as their trusted wealth partner, leveraging our top-tier equity research to help them maximize their portfolios, optimize income, and explore premium alternative investment avenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Advisory & Research Delivery: Provide customized investment advisory based on thorough client profiling. Leverage in-house research to help clients generate steady income and strategically build the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) book.
- Trade Execution: Smoothly execute equity and derivative trades on behalf of clients, ensuring strict alignment with their individual investment strategies, risk appetites, and preferences.
- Wealth Management & Cross-Selling: Act as a comprehensive wealth manager by promoting and cross-selling a diverse suite of third-party investment products, including:
- Mutual Funds (MF) & SIPs
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS) & Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
- Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FD), & Unlisted Shares
- Life & General Insurance
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively acquire new HNI/UHNI clients while maintaining, retaining, and nurturing deep, long-term relationships with our existing client base.
- Portfolio Reviews: Conduct regular, structured client meetings to review portfolio performance, rebalance assets, and update investment strategies as market conditions evolve.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–7 years of experience in Equity Advisory, Wealth Management, PCG Desk, or Private Banking.
- Product Knowledge: Strong command over Equities, Derivatives, MTF, and third-party financial products (PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds).
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of managing and acquiring affluent clients.
- Certifications (Preferred): NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certifications will be highly valued.
