The Mission

As a Wealth Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our firm for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-HNIs. You aren’t just selling products; you are building long-term legacies. Your goal is to navigate the complexities of the stock market to provide tailored financial roadmaps that help our clients grow, protect, and enjoy their wealth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management & Advisory: Manage a high-value portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, and PMS/AIF products.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new HNI/UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and targeted market outreach.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct deep-dive financial health checks to understand client risk appetites and long-term goals, ensuring their asset allocation remains optimized.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends, corporate actions, and economic shifts to provide proactive “Buy/Sell/Hold” recommendations.
  • Relationship Excellence: Maintain a high “Share of Wallet” by becoming a trusted advisor, ensuring world-class service and consistent engagement.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all transactions and advice strictly adhere to SEBI guidelines and internal risk management policies.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Educational Background: MBA in Finance, CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or a related professional degree.
  • Certification: Valid NISM Series V-A (Mutual Funds) and NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) are mandatory.
  • The “Broker” Mindset: A deep understanding of stock market mechanics, technical/fundamental analysis, and wealth products.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and the “gravitas” required to converse with C-suite executives and business owners.
  • Track Record: A proven history of managing a Book of Business (AUM) and hitting revenue targets without compromising client trust.
