1. Manager – Dealing Desk (Banking Channel)
Location: Noida
Experience: 8–12 Years (Min. 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role)
Age Limit: Under 40 Years
Job Purpose: The Manager will oversee the strategic and operational functions of the Dealing Desk, ensuring seamless trade execution for clients acquired through the banking channel. This role requires a balance of high-level risk management, relationship handling with bank partners, and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Lead the centralized dealing desk to ensure 100% accuracy in trade execution across Equity, F&O, and Currency segments.
- Strategic Alignment: Coordinate with the Banking Channel partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and provide seamless support to HNI/UHNI clients.
- Risk & Compliance: Monitor real-time risk Management (RMS), ensuring all trades comply with SEBI, Exchange, and internal organizational policies.
- Performance Management: Drive the team to achieve volume targets and cross-selling objectives (where applicable) while maintaining zero-error execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the dealing workflow and implement automated or more efficient execution strategies.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Certifications: Valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory.
- Software: Proficiency in trading terminals (ODIN, NEST, or proprietary bank-led platforms).
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance or Marketing.
2. Team Leader – Dealing Desk
Location: Noida
Experience: 5–8 Years (Min. 3 years in a team handling role within a dealing environment)
Age Limit: Under 40 Years
Job Purpose: The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management of a group of dealers. The focus is on monitoring live market execution, resolving dealer-level queries, and ensuring the team maintains high productivity and discipline during market hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Direct supervision of 10–15 Dealers, ensuring they provide timely quotes and execute orders efficiently.
- Client Escalations: Act as the first point of contact for complex trade queries or execution-related issues from the banking channel partners.
- Training & Mentoring: Onboard new dealers and provide ongoing training on market trends, terminal shortcuts, and compliance protocols.
- Error Management: Monitor and minimize “dealer errors” and manage the error account as per company policy.
- Reporting: Prepare daily MIS reports on trade volumes, active clients, and team productivity for the Manager.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Certifications: Valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) and NISM Series VII (Securities Operations and Risk Management).
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical indicators, margin requirements, and corporate actions.
- Attributes: High pressure-handling capability and excellent communication skills to interact with bank relationship managers.
Candidate Requirements (Common for both)
- Experience Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Team Leading capacity specifically within a Dealing Desk of a reputed Stock Broking firm.
- Domain Expertise: Must have handled “Banking Channel” operations, understanding the nuances of bank-client interactions.
- Local Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi NCR.
Salary : Up to 22 Lacs PA.
