Role Summary

In this role, you will be the trusted advisor helping clients navigate equity, derivatives, and alternate investment products. Your focus will be on ensuring product suitability, aligning investments with risk profiles, and delivering strong long-term portfolio outcomes—all while upholding the highest regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Strategically prospect and acquire new high-net-worth and retail clients, ensuring healthy margin inflows.
  • Aisles of Advisory: Provide robust, data-backed advice across a spectrum of financial products, including Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and other approved securities.
  • Financial Profiling: Deeply understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizons to tailor bespoke investment strategies.
  • Trade Execution: Seamlessly execute trades and portfolio rebalancing actions based on agreed-upon advisory strategies and real-time market dynamics.
  • Portfolio Reviews: Conduct periodic portfolio performance reviews, offering transparent market insights and clear updates to maintain client trust.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven track record in securities advisory, wealth management, or stockbroking.
  • Market Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of the Indian capital markets, financial instruments, and macro-economic trends.
  • Certifications: Valid and relevant NISM certifications (e.g., NISM Series VIII: Equity Derivatives, Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors, or Series X-A/X-B: Investment Adviser) are highly preferred/mandatory as per regulatory norms.
