## Role Summary
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a strong network in the financial domain? We are looking for a Channel Manager – Partner Alliances to drive the acquisition and business development of Authorized Persons (Franchisees) and Digital Partners.
In this role, you will scale our distribution network through indirect channels, dealing across core broking services and premium third-party financial products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, MTF, etc.). If you possess sharp commercial acumen, execution discipline, and a proven track record in financial channel sales, we want you on our team.
## Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new Franchisees (Authorized Persons) and Digital Partners to expand our distribution network.
- Business Growth: Drive and scale both broking and non-broking revenue through the acquired partner network.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term rapport with partners and assist them in seamlessly onboarding their clients across various financial products.
- Training & Enablement: Collaborate with internal product and training teams to conduct regular product sessions for partners covering Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
- Service Excellence: Ensure top-notch service delivery and operational support to distributors to maintain high engagement and retention.
- Market Awareness: Continuously upgrade your knowledge of capital markets, compliance, and industry trends to effectively consult with partners.
## Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of hardcore experience in Channel Sales within the stockbroking or wealth management industry.
- Product Knowledge: Well-versed in selling Equity products, Mutual Funds, Margin Trading Facility (MTF), and PMS.
- Network: A strong, pre-existing network of financial partners, sub-brokers, or potential franchisees is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build deep B2B relationships.
- Mindset: Highly result-oriented; comfortable working in a target-driven environment where performance is strictly measured on conversions.
